Kim St. Laurent is a full-time REALTOR®, helping clients purchase and sell homes in beautiful Southern Maryland. Her real estate career began in 2010 in Dayton, when a Navy transfer led her family from Calvert County to Oakwood, Ohio for a few years. In 2016, she returned to her native Maryland, and has lived in Tall Timbers, Dameron, Lusby, and now Solomon’s. Having moved many times from state to state with the Navy, and locally, Kim puts her first-hand experience to work for you.

Meeting new people and forging long-term relationships is the highlight of Kim’s work. She searches tirelessly with buyers during the house-hunting process, and works diligently with sellers to develop an effective marketing plan to sell their home for the best possible price and terms. She strives to make her clients' moving experience positive and engaging. Her personal experience as a 25-year Navy spouse, combined with her professional experience representing a predominantly military and relocation clientele, means that she knows what it takes to make transitions seamless, and believes that setting expectations is the key to a successful transaction. She especially enjoys working with out-of-town buyers, and she will try her best to make their transfer to SOMD/NAS Patuxent River as smooth as possible.

Born at Langley AFB in Virginia, Kim moved to Maryland at two years old, and grew up in Catonsville. Having lived in Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Harford, St. Mary’s and Calvert Counties, she has cultivated a broad Maryland experience. She attended UMBC, and then transferred to Towson, with a BS in Mass Communication. She later earned her Teaching Certification in Secondary English, at Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2008, and taught English in Calvert County for a brief period before transferring out of state. She’ll readily tell you that her best accomplishment was raising three amazing, driven, competent kids! She is often on the road, visiting her parents and oldest daughter & son-in-law in Charlottesville, Virginia, or her son and youngest daughter who both live in Florida. Otherwise, she enjoys reading, skiing out West or in West Virginia, taking random day trips, kayaking locally on St. Jeromes Creek or in Solomons, sailing, and hiking at St. Mary’s Lake & Calvert Cliffs.
